Summer Fruits for Hydration & Refreshment

Our hot, humid days can be challenging, and it is important to stay hydrated. Eating summer fruits are one of the easiest ways; they also provide an instant boost of energy and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

You can eat these as-is or make smoothies or juices. Fruits make great mid-meal options, and they can be an excellent aid for weight-loss. Rather than reaching for high-calorie fried or sugary snacks, toss a few pieces of one of these into your mouth. This will reduce your food cravings without making you pack on the calories. Your skin, hair and body will also benefit from the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Here are some summer favorites. Enjoy!

1. Watermelon
2. Mango
3. Papaya
4. Guava
5. Strawberries
6. Plums
7. Grapes
8. Pineapple
9. Litchi
10. Kiwi
