Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is a great opportunity to explore a vibrant community, learn about the Shambhala teachings, and experience guided meditation sessions. All are welcome, whether you're curious about meditation, mindfulness, or are looking for a supportive community. Light refreshments will be available along with tours of the meditation spaces.
