Gay Lacy Reports on Benefits of Eucalyptus

There are many types of Eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is part of the Myrtle shrubs and is an affordable essential oil. The body systems affected are the respiratory system and immune system, which
makes it especially important right now. The properties of Eucalyptus are anti-inflammatory and antiviral. Surely, you can see the relevance as we all strive to remain healthy. Eucalyptus has a wonderful invigorating aroma. It also stimulates the hypothalamus, which brings a sense of peace and balance.

Gay Lacy reports on two Eucalyptus oils she regularly uses: Eucalyptus Globulus and Eucalyptus Radiata. Eucalyptus Globulus has specific chemical constituents that give it properties of being
anti-infectious, antiseptic, antiviral and an analgesic. French medicinal uses include asthma, candida, hay fever, migraines, and lung health. It promotes health, well-being and healing.

The Eucalyptus Radiata is also antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and an expectorant. It has historically been used for flu, hay fever, emphysema and sinusitis.

Both can be used in a spray (mixed with water) or diffuser to clean the air. It can be used directly on your chest to immediately stimulate and open your breathing. It can be dripped onto a face
mask to directly enter your nose when at work or shopping. Again, the aroma is delightful. If you put some on your hand or wrist, you can continue to smell it by putting your hand under your nose.

Beware of oils with synthetics or diluted brands! Young Living is a good choice due to their high-quality standards. Gay Lacy has been a distributor with YL for 18 years and utilizes oils into everyday life, attends group trainings and shares her love for true essential oils with her friends and clients.
