Ingrid Swailes became a Licensed Massage Therapist 30 years ago to pair her natural ability to relieve headaches and pain in others with formal training.

In her studio, Swailes offers Manual Lymphatic Drainage and hot and cool stones therapies. To

achieve the deepest relaxation, she ends her sessions with a special technology cream that helps restore mitochondria and increase energy. She maintains purified air in both the lobby and treatment rooms using active technology, not passive filtration. Patients are served alkaline, hydrogen rich, structured water before and after sessions to support faster hydration. Her goal is to create change at the cellular level.

Massage therapy has been a deeply meaningful growth experience. Empathetically, she understands pain firsthand—having lived through multiple car accidents and depression. Not being able to have children felt like a 15-year roller coaster ride. Several therapies and different technologies played a special part in her healing journey, including chiropractic and

acupuncture treatments.

Doug, her husband of 20 years, saw many ups and downs. He witnessed Ingrid triumph over her trauma. They both believe in the many blessings of her massage career while living a holistic lifestyle, creating a toxic free environment at home and growing produce in their condo.

Together, they educate the community at holistic events, addressing reducing pain, experiencing deeper sleep, breathing better and having fewer allergies with state-of-the-art technologies designed to support whole-body wellness.

In the past five years, they have become dog parents to BeBe, a bichon poodle. She has a holistic vet and receives chiropractic and acupuncture, too. BeBe gave them inspiration to open their health talks to the pet community, attracting more kids into their lives.
