He offers comprehensive therapeutic stretching that emphasizes flexibility, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall vitality. In addition, Kurt supports his clients with a range of wellness modalities, including personal training, coaching, and Qi Gong classes, to promote a well-rounded approach to health.

Celia is a compassionate certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Integration Coach, and Compassion Key® Practitioner who is passionate about holistic and mindfulness practices. She is dedicated to guiding individuals in their healing and transformation journeys, empowering them to embrace their authenticity. Celia helps clients "get unstuck" from habitual patterns and limiting beliefs related to self-worth and motivation. Through a holistic mind-heart-soul approach, she assists clients in overcoming mental and emotional blocks and facilitates the emotional release of trauma.
