The Annie Appleseed Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, supporting and empowering cancer patients, survivors and caregivers through evidence-based information about integrative cancer therapies and treatment options. The annual conference is fragrance-free, supporting the needs of chemically sensitive participants.

Doug and Ingrid Swailes, LMT, founders of HealingAMENities, were recognized for their support of the Annie Appleseed Project conference in West Palm Beach. For the third consecutive year, the couple helped create a safer and more health-conscious environment for attendees by providing meeting spaces equipped with Vollara Air & Surface Pro units featuring ActivePure Technology, which has been proven to reduce over 99.9 percent of many common airborne and surface contaminants.
