A new wellness destination has opened in Oviedo with a mission rooted in personal healing and whole-body optimization. Renoja Wellness Studio is now welcoming the community, bringing multiple restorative and performance-focused therapies together under one roof. Renoja is a destination for restoring health, optimizing body and mind and enhancing active lifespan. The studio offers free consultations and tours. 

Owned by longtime Central Florida residents Debbie and Rick Wassel, Renoja Oviedo was inspired by Debbie’s recovery journey following a leukemia diagnosis and stem cell transplant. During her comeback, therapies such as red light played a key role in easing nerve pain and supporting overall healing—an experience that motivated the Wassels to make these services accessible locally.

“After everything we went through, we wanted to create a place where people could proactively care for their health and feel supported,” says Debbie. “Renoja gave us real results, and opening this studio allows us to share that same opportunity with our community.”

The Oviedo studio is operated in partnership with Nick and Molly Pastermack and offers a comprehensive menu of services, including red light therapy, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, Dry Float, salt therapy, PEMF therapy, compression and more. All services are available through a streamlined membership model designed to make regular wellness care simple and approachable.
