College Park welcomes a new wave of wellness with the opening of Beem Light Sauna, an innovative studio offering red light and infrared sauna therapy designed to restore energy, improve circulation and promote whole-body healing. The new location provides residents with access to clinically proven light therapies that support collagen production, reduce inflammation and boost overall vitality.

Manager Marines Hoppes, a longtime College Park resident and former Disney professional, is thrilled to bring this modern wellness experience to her neighborhood. “I’ve lived here for 27 years, so this feels like an extension of my own front porch,” she says. “We’re building relationships and creating a welcoming space where people can feel at home while taking care of their health.”

The studio features state-of-the-art red-light beds and infrared saunas that emit the full spectrum of sunlight without harmful UV rays. Sessions support joint comfort, skin rejuvenation, detoxification and muscle recovery. Guests can enjoy individual or partner sessions in a comfortable, spa-like setting, with flexible memberships and first-time offers that make self-care accessible.
