The Central Florida Vitality Reset 2026 will inspire locals to start the new year with purpose at the region’s 1st Annual Community Health & Wellness Festival. The free event takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., January 3, at WillSol Wellness in downtown Sanford. 

“This is the perfect opportunity to reset, recharge and connect with local wellness professionals who truly care about helping people thrive,” says WillSol Wellness owner and event founder, Paul Williams.

Attendees can explore an exciting lineup of health and wellness vendors, educational speakers, live entertainment and nutritious food and drinks. The festival aims to help the community discover new ways to live healthier, more balanced lives in the new year.
