If you’ve been a Central FL resident for decades like me, you will remember the original Chamberlins Winter Park location (now called The Winter Park Village area). In my 1980 teenage years, there is where I had my 1st protein smoothie and was introduced to many like-minded, health-conscious friends. It was the only place in town to grab a healthy bite, attend a lecture and/or take a yoga fitness intro class. Such fun!
