The 5 Pillars of Enlightened Health

The goal of our 5-Pillars of Enlightened Health lecture series is to:
• Understand, create, achieve, and maintain, vibrant health.
• This is for people who want health WITHOUT using chemicals, surgery, radiation, or any of the other methods prescribed by for-profit entities that lack true concern for the human beings (and animals) they serve.
Our objectives are to:
• Identify the keys to vibrant health
• Enable the mind, body, and spirit to function at their highest possible level
• Create a functional immune system that protects from diseases without turning on itself
The 5-Pillars are: 1. Spiritual/Emotional 2. Bodily Essentials (breath, water, food, movement, and sleep) 3. External Factors (toxins and detoxifying) 4. Alternative Health Modalities 5. Accountability
The program includes an electronic copy of each lecture in the series, and access to a host of resources related to each of the 5 pillars in the program. We meet every-other-Monday at 7:00 pm at the Common Ground Farm, an organic, CSA (community supported agriculture) farm in DeLand, FL.
