Prayer is experienced through active participation with the Christ. Meditation creates space for stillness, reflection and inner clarity. Together, these practices nurture resilience, peace and renewed trust in life’s unfolding. Spirituality becomes something personal and deeply life-affirming. The result is soul growth.

Through Sunday talks, music, classes, discussion groups, social groups, events and more, we share the teachings of Jesus as living wisdom – compassionate, practical, uplifting and relevant to everyday life. Love is our foundation.

While we have no rigid doctrine, we encourage the study and practice of these spiritual principles:

2. Human beings are innately good because we are expressions of Spirit.

3. Our thoughts have creative power to influence our experiences.

4. Prayer and meditation connect us to our spiritual nature.

5. Spiritual teachings must be applied to our daily lives.
